Cartoonist, photographer and humorist, Lisbon, Portugal, 1962. Started working as a political cartoonist in 1983 in Portuguese newspapers. Draws and writes daily political comic strips for Diário de Notícias (Lisbon) and Jornal de Notícias (Oporto). Besides individual exhibits, participated in collective exhibitions in Portugal and abroad. Represented at the Sammlung Karikaturen & Cartoon Basel, Switzerland, and in the 1992 edition of the anthology The Best Political Cartoons of the Year. Published photography in Portuguese magazines and worked as a Creative Director in the areas of television graphics and multimedia for the Internet. Participou em diversas exposições individuais e colectivas em Portugal e no estrangeiro. Publicou fotografia em revistas portuguesas e trabalhou para a Infordesporto como director criativo nas áreas de geração gráfica para televisão e multimédia para Internet. Fundou, com Nuno Artur Silva, Carlos Fogaça e Fernando Marques, a empresa Bandeira Digital.
